CLOUDY-SOFA — SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver your order. It is operated by Cloudy-Sofa ("we", "us", "our"). Questions? Contact Help@cloudy-sofa.com.

1. PROCESSING TIME
Every Cloud piece is made to order. Your order is prepared and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of being confirmed. You will receive tracking as soon as it leaves our workshop.

2. DELIVERY
- We ship worldwide.
- Delivery takes 5 to 14 days after dispatch, depending on your destination and carrier.
- Total time from order to delivery is therefore approximately 3 to 5 business days of processing plus 5 to 14 days of delivery.
- Delivery is free on every order.

3. TRACKING
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update.

4. DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS
Some items (sofas, beds) are large. Please make sure the delivery address has suitable access (doors, stairs, lifts). Contact us in advance if you anticipate access issues.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
No customs duties or import taxes apply to your order. The price you pay at checkout is the final price for delivery.

6. DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help.

7. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please check your shipping details carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

8. MISSING OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact Help@cloudy-sofa.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and make it right.
