CLOUDY-SOFA — REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Cloud. This policy explains our 100-night trial, returns, and refunds. It is operated by Cloudy-Sofa ("we", "us", "our"). For any return, contact us first at Help@cloudy-sofa.com.

1. 100-NIGHT TRIAL
Every Cloud piece comes with a 100-night trial. If it is not right for you, contact us within 100 nights of delivery and we will arrange a free return.

2. STANDARD RETURN WINDOW
For non-personalized items, you may also request a return within 7 to 10 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

3. CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- in its original, clean, undamaged condition, with no stains, odours, or signs of misuse;
- where possible, in or with its original packaging.
We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

4. HOW TO START A RETURN
Email Help@cloudy-sofa.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving these instructions.

5. RETURN SHIPPING
Returns are free: we arrange and pay for the collection of your item.

6. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping was free, so no shipping charge applies.

7. EXCHANGES
If you would like a different configuration, fabric, or colour, contact us and we will help you exchange your item, subject to availability and any price difference.

8. MADE-TO-ORDER AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS
All Cloud pieces are made to order. Items built to bespoke or personalized specifications (custom fabric, colour, or configuration) are produced specifically for you and are therefore excluded from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. This legal exclusion does not remove our voluntary 100-night trial, which we continue to offer as a commercial guarantee, nor your rights in the case of a faulty or damaged item.

9. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

10. CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel an order before it enters production by contacting Help@cloudy-sofa.com. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible because the item is made to order.

11. STATUTORY RIGHTS
This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under French law.
